Refund Policy

 

To receive a registration refund, please send your full name, players full name, full address, phone number, and reason you are requesting a refund to the club at wsscscores@gmail.com.


A refund request received before or on June 15th of the current season will receive a full refund of club fees minus the $5 that is charged by Bonzi.  Refund requests received between June 16th and August 31st of the current season will have $60 deducted from amount paid for player insurance, administrative fees and uniform restock. 


There are NO refunds after August 31st of the current season.  Additionally, fundraiser money and donations are non-refundable.
