All registration will be completed online using the links below. Please pay close attention to the link you click on, as they are age specific. If you are coaching more than one team and the ages fall in two different groups divided by the links below, you must register under both.

 

Welcome to another season with West Sacramento Soccer Club.  Coach registration for the 2026-2027 soccer season is now open.  Please take a few minutes to complete your registration and follow the directions below to ensure you are on our radar to coach a team.  We would like to obtain a coach count asap, so if you are able to register asap that would be great.  Also, please spread a friendly reminder to your fellow coaches and friends that coach registration is open.

We are always in need of volunteers and coaches, so we hope to see all of you returning coaches register and welcome all newcomers.  There is no experience necessary for recreation soccer, just a little patience and be willing to learn a little and teach a little to the youth of our community.  We also have our Comp and Recreation head coaches as well as many veteran coaches among our board and our volunteers that are willing to help along the way.

All volunteers must complete the registration and training process:

-Coaches
-Assistant Coaches
-Team Parents
-Any persons that will directly be participating with players

U6-U12

Please register by going to the home page, click the enroll button under the coaches registration.

 

Once you submit your coach registration, please complete the following steps:

  1. Email the club at wsscscores@gmail.com with the following information:
    • Your first and last name
    • Division and gender you are coaching
    • Your child’s name and date of birth (to confirm placement under the new age requirements)
    • First and last names of any assistant coaches
    • First name, last name, and date of birth for all players you would like on your roster
    * Please confirm that all players are fully registered. We will not hold roster spots for players with incomplete or missing registrations.
    • Team name
  2. Complete the following requirements:
    • Complete Live Scan (all coaches, assistant coaches, or anyone that will directly be participating with the players)
    • Complete background check
    • Complete all required online training before receiving your roster and beginning practice

Please do not begin online training before 7/1/26, or you will be required to retake the courses. All training must be completed by 7/31/26.

Returning coaches will receive priority for their returning team players unless otherwise indicated during the registration process. If a division does not have enough players to support multiple rosters, teams may need to be combined. If this situation arises, we will discuss possible solutions at that time.
