Selection Night

1.  Only children registered will be available for selection.

2.  There will be NO holding of roster spaces.

3.  Rosters will be accepted and created upon receipt in preparation for selection day.

4.  Rosters that are submitted must include all coaches, team parents, volunteers. All volunteers must complete a Live Scan for WSSC.

5.  The selection list will not be made available prior to the scheduled selection date to ensure privacy and confidentiality.

6.  Rosters received the week of selection day cannot be guaranteed to be complete for that day.

7.  On selection day we ask that only one coach or representative be present to allow space for all coaches.

8.  There will be no changes to rosters following the selection date.

9.  Approved rosters will not be issued until all requirements by coach(es) and player(s) have been met.

Hello Coaches.

Welcome back. We are excited for the upcoming 24-25 season! 

We would like to thank you in advance for volunteering your time to coach the youth from our community.  Registration for fall closed this week and we are moving quickly to prepare for the team selection process.  We will only be allowing one representative per team to attend selection night as we need to limit the number of people in our small work space.  If you are a returning coach and already have a roster of players please email them ASAP to wsscscores@gmail.com AND wsscregistrars@gmail.com.  Selection night will be held at Round Table Pizza, West Sacramento (Town Center Plaza).  Dates and times for designated age divisions will be sent out in a separate email.

2. Returning coach? If so, please provide a roster as noted above. 

3. What age division you will be coaching? 

4. Are you coaching boys or girls? 

5. Are you the head coach or assistant coach? 

6. If you already know who you are coaching with please provide names.
