West Sacramento Soccer Club Refund Policy

 

 

To be eligible for a refund, ALL request must be in the form of an email addressed to wsscscores@gmail.com  Your request must include the following.

 

1. Full name of parent/guardian
2. Full name of player
3. Date of birth for player
4. Reason for refund request 

 

All registrations will be assessed with a $35 non-refundable administrative fee. Refund requests received between June 1 to July 31 will be assessed with a $40 fee for individual player expenses in addition to the $35 administrative fee (total $75). Requests received will be processed at the end of the month.

 

NO refunds will be issued after July 31 of the current season.

 

Additionally, fundraiser and donation monies received are non-refundable.
