Birth Certificate and Player Photo

New Players:  New players are required to upload a legible certified birth certificate and current player photo.  Photo will not be accepted if; they are blurred; they contain hats, sunglasses or friends/family members.  If these items are not uploaded by the close of registration your child’s registration will be incomplete. Your child can not be made eligible for team selection until the required documents have been uploaded.

Return Players:  All return players are required to upload a current photo for the current season.  Photo will not be accepted if; they are blurred; they contain hats, sunglasses or friends/family members.  Your child can not be made eligible for team selection until the required documents have been uploaded.

If these requirements are not completed or corrected by selection day your child may be put on a waiting list.
